Over the past five years, chef Kevin and I have owned and operated this charming spot in the midst of the ever growing South Baltimore.
We opened Liv2eat in 2012 with the goal of providing made from scratch seasonal food.
Coincidently our son, Jack, was born the same year. Thus began our journey.
In the fall of 2017, we decided to rebrand by changing the name to In Bloom. We are still dedicated to making your dining experience an enjoyable one.
There are not many chefs that still do the cooking on a nightly basis but you’ll usually find Chef Perry with his head down focused on the next order.

In Bloom offers several unique spaces for hosting your next event in Baltimore, whether a large group or small dinner party. Our event staff will work with you to create an inviting environment and menu tailored to your needs; from business meetings to special celebrations. In Bloom also offers a restaurant buyout option for up to 100 guest where your party is able to move freely about our space.
We have three rooms to choose from including an outdoor courtyard. The interior holds up to 80 with an additional 20+ outside.
The front bar room features French doors offering an al fresco experience accommodating up to 40 seated, 50 cocktail style.
